What is your shipping policy?

Sylentstudios will do everything we can to make sure that your artwork arrives safely and in a timely manner.

DOMESTIC

You are responsible for all shipping costs (including packaging and insurance), calculated on an actual cost basis. The Sylentstudios staff recognizes that individual unframed prints do not take as long to produce as framed or mounted art. If it is not required that all art arrives at approximately the same time please consider separate orders.

For larger orders, purchases will arrive in multiple packages. Oversized orders may be packaged and shipped specifically for, and arrive, via freight service. Orders are shipped to residential or business addresses, allowing for confirmation of receipt.

INTERNATIONAL

Sylentstudios is currently not shipping internationally at this time but there are plans to do so in the future.

PRODUCT LEAD-TIME DISCLAIMER:

Archival Prints, Metal Prints, and Gallery Wrap Canvas Prints: Please allow up to 90 days for your artwork to be delivered. All artwork is produced per order, each piece is hand signed, custom framed, goes through quality control, and then carefully packaged and shipped.

How should I care for my prints?

CARE OF FINE ART PRINTS

All prints must be protected from direct sunlight at all times. Never display framed or unframed art where the image is exposed to the direct rays of the sun. The UV rays from the sun will damage all art. All limited edition artwork should be kept at normal room temperatures.

CARE OF METAL PRINTS

Metal prints should be handled carefully to avoid chipping the edges. The corners are subtly rounded to avoid sharp edges. The prints can be placed in frames or hung with its own hidden frame on the back for handing. If the print needs cleaning, always use a very soft cloth and rubbing alcohol.
